Membership is by nomination only. We invite you to nominate a peer who shares your vision for leadership growth and accountability.
Step 1: Nominate
Identify a CEO who is ready for a confidential peer environment. Your nomination is the first quality filter for the community.

Step 2: Application
We will be in touch within 5 working days to discuss the nomination process and the next steps for your peer.
The nominee completes a structured application form covering their role, company details, and a brief statement of intent.
Note: Cold applications are not accepted. We only accept nominations from current members or introductions through the HR SUCCESS TALK® network.
Step 3: Verification
Revenue is verified independently to determine the appropriate Cohort Tier. This ensures peer parity and relevance.
